Today is the best day of the year. Star Wars Day has finally arrived, and we’ve been seeing some crazy deals available on accessories, devices, and even games. But in a surprise move, Google Stadia is taking a different approach to making Star Wars fans happy.
If you are a Stadia Pro subscriber, you can get Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order completely free, and you’ll be able to pay it for as long as your Pro subscription is active. This comes as a bit of a surprise, as usually we only see discounts made available for games, such as Star Wars Steam games seeing deep discounts, along with games found on the Play Store. So for Stadia to make this move is definitely geared towards trying to bring some new subscribers to the cloud gaming platform.

The only other option to play Fallen Order for free is if you are using Xbox Game Pass with an EA Play subscription. Other than that, you’ll really only be able to get one of the best Star Wars games at a discounted rate.
If you want to sign up for Stadia Pro, subscriptions cost $9.99 per month, and include access to a plethora of games for free, along with discounts on many other titles. And as you would expect, Google offers a Stadia Pro free trial if you want to see how well Stadia would work for you before deciding whether to add another subscription to the list.
This is one helluva deal for one of the best video games of 2019, and it arrived on Stadia back in November of last year. So now’s the time to jump on board if you want to experience the best of Stadia.
