Mix’n’Connect is all about colors and lines. If you can draw a line and you have a basic understanding of colors, you can play this game. The name of the game comes from the simple gameplay of mixing colors and connecting dots. It sounds easy enough, but like any good puzzle, it will make you sweat.
Each level is made up of colored dots on a grid. The basic idea is to connect the matching dots by drawing a line. Lines can’t intersect, which makes things difficult when you have multiple colors on the grid. As the game progresses you are given new challenges.
On some levels, you’ll get bridges that allow lines to cross. Dots that have multiple outlines need to be connected to multiple lines. Sometimes you’ll need to combine two different colors to create a new color. The size of the grid gets bigger with more colors, and sometimes there are holes in the grid where lines can’t be drawn. As you can tell, this game is not as simple as it seems, but it’s incredibly addictive.
There are over 650 different levels to play. Every time you beat a level you earn a star, which can be used for a hint on a future level. You don’t have to open your wallet to beat the game. There’s also a night mode so you can stay up late when you’re struggling to beat a level. Trust me, you will struggle.
