Hey there from San Francisco’s Moscone Center. The team is anxiously awaiting for Google to open the doors and kick things off, and we’re sure plenty of you are too. We’re expecting some pretty cool news, including the introduction of Android Jelly Bean and the first Nexus-branded tablet. But there will be plenty more, including updates to the Play Store and new Google TV platform developments. The day one keynote starts in a little under an hour, and we’ll be covering it live. Google is also making it more than easy to view the whole thing live. Just head over to the Google I/O site and grab a bowl of popcorn, sit back, and enjoy the show. It starts at 9:30AM PDT/12:30PM EDT.
Then stay tuned to Phandroid for all the latest coverage and opinions on everything out of the show, as well as a first look at whatever is announced. And don’t forget, if the Google crew hands out any goodies we’re giving them away. You have three (count them: one, two, three) chances to win a Google I/O prize pack courtesy of your favorite Android site. So get excited, folks, we’re just moments away!
YAHHHHHHHHH :) finally :)
I envy those that can actually watch this during work hours. I on the other hand will be hard at work making pennies. PENNIES!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, if it makes you feel any better, so far, I see nothing. :/
I actually got to watch/listen to most of the keynote.
The guy sitting down with the camera looks like he let a HUGE one, shaped like a pin :D
