What Phones Should These People Get? [Forum Talk]

13

A quick look at AndroidForums.com shows me that there are many undecided folks looking to either upgrade their existing Android phones or get one for the first time. That’s great and all, but we have one big problem – they don’t know which to get!

One user wants one with a nice keyboard, while another wants a 1GHz processor – lots of phones fit those bills. Why not head over there and help them out? There are five different users looking for some good suggestions so be a good sport and sell them on a phone you think would be good here, here, here, here and here. Ready? Set? Go!

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

    2. Wow your a jackass. Android has a good community of people who help each other out, I’ve helped people out hundreds of times and I never asked for anything in return. It’s our community that sets us apart from the iPhone fanboys, hell it’s my favorite thing about Android.

  7. For the love of God, don’t mix the blog site with the forums. One is completely unmoderated (adult swim – kids out of the pool, yeah, right; the only thing Disqus did was allow direct responses). The other is over-moderated (I’m sorry, but I have to wholeheartedly agree with what someone said a few weeks back about mods getting their panties in a bunch over the name Team Douche). I enjoy the forums, don’t screw them up by sending the trolls in there.
