Facebook update brings Favorites tray in Home, ability to upload multiple photos in a single message, and more

Facebook Home is getting even better with a new upgrade to the social-infused home-screen replacement in the Google Play Store. The biggest change is the ability to add your favorite apps to a new Favorites tray. It isn’t the ultra customizable home-screen experience we’re accustomed to in the world of Android, but it’s a little something.

As for the Facebook app itself, folks can now uploaded multiple photos in a single message instead of sending one at a time. It sounds like a small change, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten frustrated with having to send images one-by-one. You will now also get an easier way to control who can see what you’ve shared.

Of course, the typical bug fixes, stability improvements and performance enhancements are all in tow so the app is just that much tighter. Find it in the Google Play Store, and if you haven’t already gotten the bug fixing updates for Facebook Home and Facebook Messenger a few days ago it probably wouldn’t hurt to take care of that right now.

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.
