Dead Zebra has come with a great new set of mini Android collectibles for the summer. They’re calling this one the Rainbow Set, and it’s simply a set of translucent bugdroids in the colors of the ever-so-awesome-and-hippie-ish rainbow.
The set will be packaged in a special box that you can use to display the collectibles without opening it. If you do choose to open it, you can detach the heads and use the body of the collectibles to hold… things. Pens, maybe. Or paper clips. People always need something to hold paper clips.
We don’t know how much this set will be once it launches, but it won’t take long to find out as Dead Zebra says things will be shipping starting early June. Grab some quick looks above and below and be sure to get ready to punch in all those credit card digits once this goes on sale over at the Dead Zebra store.

Probably going to be about $60, as each one is usually $7.50 and there are 10 in the set, so they will be probably give you two for free.
I have a clear one (along with solid green and solid blue) just like this. The amount of “storage” space is only about 2 cubic inches, so unless Quentin has some very small pens, you can’t fit them in this. Paper clips maybe, but who use them anymore?
Hopefully they don’t charge as much as the series sets.
My boyfriend worked at Sprint and now Cricket and I’m always pleading with him to get Android merch for me from reps, so far all I’ve gotten is an Android guy for a key chain and an HTC bumper sticker but apparently they sometimes give the little dolls away too but I never have gotten one, so this set looks very tempting I have to say. I don’t know what I’d do with so many though…
