White Samsung Galaxy S II Headed to Clove UK

1

If you still don’t number yourself among the 5 million who have already bought up the Samsung Galaxy S II, a new color option is headed your way. Fancy the color white? Clove UK will be picking up the 16GB Galaxy S II in the paler shade starting August 15th. Aside from the change in hues the handset remains the same dual-core beast currently taking the Android world by storm. We’d guess the white version may show up on a few other carriers around the globe in due time, but if you’re in the UK and want want to paint it white you can reserve your very own today.

  1. Hmm, this Garmin nüvi 3790T looks an awful lot like the iPhone 4 to me.

Did Garmin copy Apple’s iPhone 4 design? Is Cupertino gonna be going after Garmin for copying its design elements the way it’s going after Samsung?

Actually, this was a trick question!

The Garmin nüvi 3790T design was released LOOOONG before the iPhone 4 and was recognized for its design with this Red Dot award in January. Then, the iPhone came out 6mos later of the same year!

Apple has no right suing Samsung for copying design. They stole the iPhone 4 design from Garmin. Garmin are you listening? Ka-ching!
