By The Chinese Motorola Ming A1680 is a device that – to us – looks quite interesting and borderline weird: that could just be due to the fact that we haven’t seen an Android handset in this form factor (ie, the Krave form factor that many-a Verizon customer would be used to).
The A1680 showed up on the MOTODEV website and brought about some early specs: it’ll have a 3.1-inch WVGA AMOLED display, a 5-megapixel camera, 3G/Wapi/WiFi, GPS, a 624MHz processor (PXA935) and a microSD card slot with support for up to 32GB. That stylus also looks pretty handy for writing out your hanzi on that resistive touchscreen.
The XT806 is a bit more impressive, though this one didn’t show up on any of Motorola’s official sites. It, too, is a Ming handset with some slightly beefier specs: a 3.6-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 854×480 (most likely resistive like the A1680), a 600MHz TI OMAP 3430 processor (Motorola Droid’s) and the usual round of features.
These phones probably won’t do much for you if you’re not in China (and don’t write hanzi) but they should be great additions to the Android line-up for anyone over on that side of the globe.

Wish we could get some high end resistive screen android phones in the U.S. I much prefer a stylus vs. a finger for writing and for navigating small UI elements.
