Withings’ ScanWatch Horizon diver smartwatch is now available for purchase in the US

If there is one thing we love about Withings’ smartwatches is that they don’t look like your typical smartwatch. If you’re not a fan of the design of modern day smartwatches and prefer something that looks more traditional but still has smarts, then Withings might be a brand to check out.

In fact, the company has recently announced that the Withings ScanWatch Horizon is now available for purchase in the US. For those unfamiliar, the ScanWatch Horizon was originally announced back in 2021 where it was a smartwatch designed for divers in mind. It initially launched in parts of Europe and the UK, and now it looks like it’s available stateside.

As a quick recap for those who missed the original announcement, the ScanWatch Horizon has been designed to be a watch that comes with features that divers might appreciate. We’re talking about water-resistance of up to 10ATM and also features Luminova indexes. It also sports a mini display built into the face of the watch that can be used to show notifications, but otherwise it looks like a very traditional watch.

Of course, with this being a smartwatch, it does pack smartwatch features like heart rate tracking, sleep tracking, the ability to track your workouts, and there is also a built-in ECG monitor. Also, since it doesn’t have a full screen display, it allows the watch to last as long as 30 days on a single charge.

If you like what you see, the Withings ScanWatch Horizon is available for purchase from the company’s website for $500.
