Samsung takes a design cue from HTC for the all-metal Galaxy C5

0

Photos have leaked that show off a new mid-range phone from Samsung. The Galaxy C5 is said to be the first in a new line of mid-range devices. There’s nothing too special about this phone other until you look at it. The all-metal build looks suspiciously similar to a few other popular metal phones.

As you can see from the photos, this device looks a lot like the HTC One A9 and the iPhone 6. It has the familiar rounded corners and antenna lines across the top and bottom. Every metal phone doesn’t have to look like this. The HTC 10 and LG G5 are perfect examples of unique all-metal design. Though we’ve come to expect this from Samsung.

Rumored specs for this phone include 5.2-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 617 processor, 4GB of RAM, and Android 6.0.1. Marshmallow. Expect to see the device launch in China. What do you think about the design of this phone?
