T-Mobile adds first adult video service to their data-free Binge On program

0

We were ecstatic to learn, yesterday, that YouTube — along with a handful of other popular video streaming services — was finally joining up with T-Mobile’s data-free Binge On program. Although several other services were listed in T-Mobile’s full press release, adult video streaming site MiKandi appears to have flown under the radar. Guess ‘ol John Legere finally made good on his promise.

Back during T-Mobile’s big Binge On launch event, John Legere was asked if he’d consider also bringing porn services into the mix. A surprise to almost no one, Legere gave his enthusiastic approval and now we finally get to see ‘ol John Legere finally made good on that promise. Here’s what MiKandi had to say in a blog post:

“We’re pleased to announce that starting today, MiKandi Theater subscribers on T-Mobile can enjoy free unlimited streaming of their favorite adult videos without burning through their high-speed data.

When mainstream tech companies announce new platforms it tends to be another way to censor your online experience. This was not the case with T-Mobile’s Binge On. As the first adult company to join the program, we were openly embraced and supported by their integration team, which makes them light years ahead of most tech giants in acknowledging what their customers really want.

T-Mobile is treating adults like adults and we hope that other tech companies follow in their footsteps.”

So what’s the catch? Well, MiKandi Theater isn’t free and because a porn star’s gotta eat (you know, actual food), MiKandi Theater charges $20 a month for admittance. MiKandi Theater is a hub for all kinds of X-rated debauchery and aside from video, also includes adult apps, games, and even comics to soak up your time.
