Today’s tweak gets rid of the thumbs down option. We’re not sure why the change was made, but perhaps Google felt it was better to make the process as simple as possible for both their sake and that of the users’. There is a new option to leave a bit of negative feedback on a review, though, but it’s only to mark clear spam. Otherwise, if you don’t think a review is helpful, simply pass it on by.
