New ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Accessories Show Up at Amazon Germany

The ASUS Eee Pad Transformer is designed to be ideally paired with its $150 keyboard dock — hence the name — but thanks to Amazon Germany we are catching wind of a few more accessory options for those choosing to forego the laptop transformation. Though not yet available, Transformer owners should soon be able to pick up any of three new accessories, which include USB and SD adapters for what amounts to $27 and a docking stand with USB and SD ports built in priced at  $41. Amazon lists the items as shipping one to three months from now, so it could be a while. Heck, the second-generation Transformer might even be out by then.

  1. FUDGER!!
This is the single most annoying thing about this tablet. I love the thing, they put the android updates out the fastest, but they are really dropping the ball on something as simple as these accessories. Samsung’s adapters were out on or shortly after the tablet’s release, obviously Asus is no Samsung but shoot it’s just a stupid adapter. What’s the problem? I want my damn usb without the damn keyboard dock already!

    1. Just use the “Flag as inappropriate” button.

  3. Love my keyboard dock but I still wouldn’t mind having the rest of the accessories to bring more flexibility to the whole package. Hopefully the stand comes with another charging cord. Could have my KB charging somewhere else and use the TF as an alarm clock while it charges in that dock by my bedside.

  4. are you saying there is no adapter out there that will convert the HDMI port to a USB port?
