Recently Leaked Sharp “Sidekick” Phone is Actually an AT&T Device

5

Pocketnow is reporting that the recently leaked Android 2.2 powered Sharp phone and was speculated as being the next Sidekick is, in fact, the ADS1 “Capa” for AT&T. Despite looking near identical to the Sidekick LX ’09, apparently the device’s Bluetooth SIG gave it away. Not much else is known for the device except that it’s rumored to have a 600MHz processor and come with 512MB of RAM.

No worries though, I’m sure all the T-Mobile qwerty fanboys will be more than happy receiving the recently leaked, dual-core Mytouch 4G Slide (or is it Mytouch Slide 4G?) later this year.

I've been obsessed with consumer technology for about as long as I can remember, be it video games, photography, or mobile devices. If you can plug it in, I have to own it. Preparing for the day when Android finally becomes self-aware and I get to welcome our new robot overlords.

    1. Thanks! Updated the post =)

  4. Is it really fake HSPA 4G? If so a total waste of AT&T’s fake 4G slate for this year.

    This and the HP Veer.

Who are the ad wizards that come up with this stuff?
