Sonos Launches MOG Service, Update to Android App Forthcoming


The folks at Sonos have just announced MOG, their music on demand and radio station service that gives you access to more music than you could probably fit on whatever hard drive you’re using. With its launch must come an upgrade to their controller app for Android, of course, but we have yet to see the upgrade issued. One it’s live, you can take MOG for a spin for free for two weeks.   1. I love MOG and I like the idea, but that’s kind of expensive for a solution for just one room.  Still, I’m considering it.

  2. I’m a big fan of Mog, but their app has been pretty buggy. They’ve made some improvements lately though. I think they do a better job than other services of making it easy to download albums for offline listening.

  4. Not to be d*ck, but the article makes it sound like Sonos created MOG and just launched it. 
    I’m a big fan of MOG however and this is a welcome announcement, maybe I’ll invest in a Sonos system now.
