We’ve seen some pretty unique accessories for Android phones over the past couple of years. Ulysse Nardin made a pretty nice speaker/travel box/USB hub/dock combo for their exquisite (and expensive) Chairman phone, and now a company named Metatrend thought it’d be a good idea to make an espresso machine that would nestle your Android phone.
The concept is pretty weird, but cool at the same time: you dock your phone as you go to make your liquid crack, and the phone would scan a QR code based on what flavor coffee you throw into the machine. Depending on the flavor, you’ll hear music that’s supposed to go perfect with your drink. I never knew music and coffee could be associated in this manner, but I’ll bite.

Thats pretty cool.
Mobiles will control everything in the house soon.
First. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for ever since Tweetle.
Android used to do everything but the coffee…until now.
liquid and phones… idk…..
Damn, the twitter post made me think it actually was a toaster, which would have been awesome. I don’t drink coffee.
