While it’s been a mainstay brand in the mobile accessory game for many years now, it looks like case manufacturer Caseology might be closing up shop soon, according to a post on the brand’s official Instagram page. As per Caseology’s announcement:
We have some news to share. Caseology will be closing at the end of this year. It’s been a wild and incredible ride. Thank you for sticking with us these past five years. Now’s the time to get your faves before they’re gone: everything is $10 sitewide through the rest of this year.
Don’t worry! Your faves (Nano Pop and Parallax) are just moving next door to our brother brand, Spigen. We’d love to have you join us there.
While the brand didn’t indicate a specific reason why it was closing its doors, it could be speculated that this might be a move to unify Caseology and Spigen’s product offerings, given that Spigen essentially serves as the “major” brand between the two. Caseology sells several products under its Parallax, Vault, Nano Pop and Athlex categories (to name a few), which includes cases for smartphones, tablets, and wearables.
