Samsung Working on an Android-Based Media Device?

We haven’t seem Samsung take the plunge with Android outside of their phone options, but the latest to come out of the Bluetooth SIG pool seems to be an indication that they’re ready to expand. According to the listing, they’re bringing us a 4-inch device that will have TouchWiz 3.0, an AMOLED display, and GPS capabilities.

The device’s design name is Samsung MID(YP-MB2) and it’ll be a part of their “Yepp” product line. We’ll keep our eyes on this one and will do our best to update you as soon as we hear first word about this device.
