Two Dell handsets were spotted among the listings on Chinese mobile regulator TENAA’s site, including the up-until-now unseen Mini 3T1. The other device listed is the Dell Mini 3iX, a phone not too dissimilar from the Dell Aero on AT&T.
The 3iX should be sporting Android as it’s operating system and operates on WCDMA bands. I think it would be safe to assume that this Chinese version will most likely be even more crippled than the Aero due to censorship laws. No word on exact availability just yet.
