LG Optimus EX Official in Korea

2

It hasn’t even been a week since we’ve heard about the LG Optimus EX and the Korean manufacturer has made it official for their home country. It has a 1.2GHz processor from NVIDIA. The upgraded Tegra 2 chipset is capable of playing back 1080p HD video.

Inside we also have 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and 700 nits of brightness for their 4 inch LCD display. It has a five megapixel camera with its front-facing VGA buddy coming along for the ride. As for operating system version, we’re looking at Android 2.3 and we can expect LG’s custom UI on top. It’s a full-on candybar slate and this thing should be thin enough for common taste. Not sure when this one’s headed out of Korea, but we hope it’s sometime soon.
