Lumigon T1 Still Not Released, Will Have Android 2.3 On Board When it Finally Hits the Streets

3

I’m getting a little tired of the folks at Lumigon. After initially teasing their feature-packed lineup of Android phones just a little under a year ago, they finally had a coming out party for the Lumigon T1 last October. At that event it was made known that the phone would feature a classy set of audio hardware powered by Bang and Olufsen when the phone launched by the end of 2010 with Android 2.2.

It is now 2011 and the T1 is nowhere to be found, but its makers are still promising it is coming. Since the wait for the new phone has seen the announcement of a brand new version of Android, Lumigon has decided it will now launch the phone Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). We can’t say when it will actually finally land a street date, but the phone will be on hand at MWC in Barcelona. Maybe then we can get our hands on this phone, even if no one else ever can.
