Official PlayStation for Android App Hitting the Scene Soon; European Exclusive, Initially

Sony has just revealed that they’ve been working on a PlayStation app for Android (who’s surprised?) and that it’ll be headed our way sometime soon. Those in the Netherlands, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy will soon be able to enjoy a gaming hub where you can look up information about your favorite games, check out all the latest news from Sony, and keep up with your trophies and friends while you’re on the go. This is awesome and all, but we’re really just waiting for that “PlayStation Phone”, Sony. We know it’s out there. You can’t hide it for too much longer. [via EuroDroid]

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

not to burst your bubble but the app is more informative than interactive, it doesn’t play games if thats what your thinking, its kinda like the Xbox Live apps out there that let you compare achievements and look up game info/achievements, send friends messages, see there online status etc.

  5. Did you even read the article? There will be no Android games in this app.
