Ever search Google for “Twitter apps” or something of the sort on your Android phone? If you have, you’ve seen Google intelligently bring up a list of the top Twitter apps you can grab from Google Play. But intelligent isn’t always beautiful… until now.

The company has revamped the design of the search results which turn up when you search for apps. It now features a nice colorful grid, where the palette corresponds to the most dominant color present in that app’s icon.

You’ll get the app’s name, a quick look at its rating, how many people submitted those ratings and how much it costs. Clicking an app wil take you to its entry on Google Play wher you can read more about it, read reviews and eventually decide whether you’re going to download it. Go ahead and give it a try the next time you need to find an app for common needs.
