While the Pixel 9 series doesn’t officially arrive until August, Google’s upcoming flagship devices have already been the subject of many leaks prior, and at this point we already have a good idea of what the phones will look like. With that in mind, a new post on X/Twitter shows the Pixel 9 with a bit of hands-on action.
A quick video and photo were shared online by user @hanibioud, who adds that the Pixel 9 series is already available in Algeria. The post in question shows a Pink Pixel 9 retail unit, which pretty much corroborates the earlier design leaks that we’ve seen, including the flat sides and back, and the re-designed camera bar.
It’s also been suggested that Google is using Samsung’s high-end AMOLED panels for the Pixel 9 – this is based on a report from Korean publication ETNews, which claims that the Pixel 9 is equipped with Samsung’s M14 panels, which are of a higher quality compared to the M13 panels on the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
In any case, we’re bound to know more once Google officially unveils the Pixel 9 series during its event later in August.
