In addition to selling mobile plans, carriers also offer home internet services. There are many internet service providers around, but Verizon is hoping you’ll come to their side. Verizon has announced that they will be giving customers Target gift cards worth up to $300 if they switch to their home internet services.

There are several Verizon home internet plans available. There is the 1 Gig plan that gives you speeds of up to 940Mbps. Verizon will waive the setup fee if you order it online, and you’ll get a $200 Target gift card. The carrier is also offering a “premium extra” like a gaming bundle. This 1 Gig plan is priced at $64.99 a month with Auto Pay enabled and if you’re a Verizon postpaid customer. If not, it will be priced at $89.99.

If you want the $300 Target gift card, you’ll have to subscribe to the 2 Gig plan. This offers download speeds of up to 2.3Gbps. It is priced at $84.99 a month with Auto Pay and if you’re a Verizon postpaid customer. Otherwise it will cost $109.99 a month. Verizon is also offering customers credit of up to $500. This will help cover the cost of terminating your service with another provider.

Verizon’s plans aren’t the cheapest, but if you’re not happy with other providers like T-Mobile who recently increased their rates and introduced a data cap, then maybe this could be a good deal, especially with the free gift cards.
