The Samsung Galaxy S23 will be Samsung’s next flagship smartphone for 2023, but it’s starting to seem that the phone is becoming less exciting with every piece of rumor that we’ve been hearing.
According to the latest rumors, courtesy of GalaxyClub.nl, it seems that at least one of the cameras on the Galaxy S23 won’t be upgraded. The report claims that Samsung will apparently be reusing the same 10MP telephoto camera found in its predecessor, the Galaxy S22.
That being said, for those hoping to see more camera upgrades, you might be disappointed. Samsung has recently unveiled a new ISOCELL HP3 200MP camera sensor, but leakster Ice Universe claims it won’t be used in the Galaxy S23 lineup. There might be an upgrade to the front-facing camera where it might jump to 10MP to 12MP, but that’s the only upgrade in the camera department that we are aware of for now.
