Following the success that Samsung has been having with its foldable phones, many are undoubtedly excited to see what the company could bring to the table with the Galaxy Z Fold 4. Now thanks to renders by @OnLeaks in collaboration with Smartprix, the first leaks of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 have made their way online.
In terms of the design of the phone, it doesn’t appear that much has changed on the outside. The most obvious difference would be the camera modules, where Samsung has opted for a design where each of the cameras and lenses are by itself, as opposed to sitting on an island like we saw in the Galaxy Z Fold 3.
According to the report which shares some of the specs, the phone is also said to feature a 6.2-inch display on the outside, and the foldable portion measures 7.6-inches. The report claims that the inner display will feature OLED technology that offers a high refresh rate, but seeing as the Galaxy Z Fold 3 already has a 120Hz refresh rate, we doubt that it will go much higher than that.
There have been some rumors suggesting that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 might come with a dedicated S Pen slot, but the renders don’t seem to show that, which corroborates other rumors that claim that the phone might not pack an S Pen slot. All in all, appearance wise, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 doesn’t seem to be too different from its predecessor, and that any upgrades will most likely be internal.
