Samsung is making it easier for you to afford their new foldable phones

0

According to recently leaked pricings, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 don’t look like they’re going to be particularly cheap. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is probably the most affordable of the two, but even then, at close to $1,000, it is out of the price range for many.

The Galaxy Z Fold 3 on the other hand will be priced closer to $2,000 which is as expensive as phones get, but the good news is that Samsung could have a way to help you reduce those costs. According to the reservation page for the phone, it seems that for the first time, Samsung will allow customers to trade in two phones or two tablets at once.

This means that you could increase the amount you get from your trade-ins, which could then go to helping offset the cost of the new foldables. Of course, how much you will get will depend on the phone model and its condition, but given that you can trade two phones or tablets at the same time, this could add up.

It is obvious that with this offer, Samsung is hoping that customers will be more inclined to purchase their new foldables. They are pretty expensive, but as they are relatively new pieces of technology, we guess that’s kind of expected and it could be a while before we see prices drop.

Either way, check back with us on the 11th of August for all the details about the products that Samsung will be announcing.
