Leaked render shows what the Moto Z4 could look like

0

Last year saw Motorola introduce their Moto Z3 smartphone, which means that unless Motorola is done with their Z-series lineup, there is a very good chance that this year could see the company launch its Moto Z4 smartphone. Now thanks to the good folks at 91Mobiles, they have shared an alleged render of the upcoming phone.

From what we can tell, and assuming that the render is accurate, the Moto Z4 doesn’t look too different from its predecessor. The orientation and design of the camera on the back remain identical to last year’s model, but the main difference would be its display where the Moto Z4 will use an edge-to-edge display with a tiny waterdrop-shaped notch at the top.

At the back of the phone towards the bottom, we can also see the connectors where Moto Mods can be attached. In terms of the phone’s specs, not much is known, but it is expected that it will probably be using the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset and be accompanied by around 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage.

It is unclear as to whether or not the phone will come with support for 5G. Motorola had recently made its 5G Moto Mod available for pre-order so we’re not sure if the Moto Z4 will need to rely on the 5G Moto Mod for 5G connectivity, or if it will come baked into the phone itself. Either way we’ll have to wait and see, but until we get an official announcement, it’s best to take it with a grain of salt for now.
