OnePlus Switch app makes it easier to transfer data to your new phone

0

There has been a lot of advancement in the last couple of years to make it easier to switch phones. You can use a plethora of backup services and a lot of phones now come with built-in tools. Android’s built-in backup system is good for getting your apps, but it doesn’t include much data. OnePlus is taking matters into their own hands with a new app.

OnePlus Switch allows users to transfer contacts, messages, call logs, photos, videos, audio, and apps (without data). To use the system, you must install the app on both the old and new device. Then you will scan a QR code to sync the devices. You get to decide what stuff will be transferred. OnePlus plans to add app data, WiFi history, and more features in the future.
