Deal: Get Alexa on your side for just $99 with this Amazon Echo deal

Amazon is running a nice deal for the Amazon Echo. It’ll get you the smart home hub speaker for just $99, a steep $80 discount on its usual price tag.

The Amazon Echo was the original Alexa device that helped you perform tasks thanks to its thousands of available “skills.” Whether it was shopping for home goods, ordering an Uber, or controlling your smart home, she can do quite a bit.

It may not be the only Echo device you can buy anymore — nor is it the cheapest — but the Amazon Echo is still very attractive at $99.

Amazon also has other deals on tap. The smaller Echo Dot is going for $45, but that’s only a $5 discount. The portable-friendly Echo Tap would run you $99 too, but again, the standard Echo is probably the best overall value unless you really need a speaker on the go. Oh, and all Kindles have had $20 knocked off their price tags, too. Be sure to decide whether you want these in a reasonable amount of time because these deals are bound to go away soon.
