These new images confirm almost everything about the Galaxy Note 8’s design

As is the case with the LG V30, it seems that Samsung is having troubles with keeping the Galaxy Note 8 under wraps. Yesterday, we saw a purported official brochure for the device, which revealed many of the specs, as well as the design.

Today, we’re getting a clear look at some photos of a purported Note 8 dummy device. These images reveal much about the design that we already knew, including some extra goodies thrown in for fun.

6.3-inches of Infinity Display goodness

Starting off, it appears that the Note 8 will feature the Infinity Display which was introduced with the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. On the right-hand side will be the power button, with the left-hand side housing the volume rocker and Bixby button.

The top of the device will be the home for your SIM card and microSD card slot, however, there are no images showing off the bottom of the device. This is unfortunate as many folks are likely wondering whether the Note 8 will feature a 3.5mm headphone jack or not.

That’s an ugly robot

Finally, we get a look at the rear of the Galaxy Note 8, showing off that ugly camera setup. The dual-camera module will be placed to the left of the device, with the flash, heart rate monitor, and fingerprint sensor all in-line with the camera module. Then, in traditional Samsung fashion, the Samsung logo will be placed where the fingerprint scanner should be placed.

Let us know what you think about these images, and if it’s helping to get you more excited for next week’s launch event!
