HTC U11 already arriving on doorsteps for those that pre-ordered – did you get yours?

After it was simultaneously announced and available for pre-order a little over 3 weeks ago, tomorrow, the HTC U11 will officially be available for purchase. Those of you that pre-ordered the device ahead of time, you may want to check your email. We’ve received numerous reports of shipping emails going out yesterday, with the phone already landing on doorsteps today. Seeing as how a signature is required for delivery — we hope you didn’t miss it or else you’ll have to make the trip to your local FedEx warehouse.

While, I’ll admit, most of coverage has been focused on the Samsung Galaxy S8, expect lots more HTC U11 content moving forward. So far we’ve got a pretty good idea of how well the phone’s camera performs in low light, and even a few daytime shots showing how the phone was rightfully was awarded the best smartphone camera by DxOMark. There’s also been word that HTC could be incentivizing their own community members into saying good things about the U11, which does bring up some ethical concerns.
