Yet another Nexus Marlin/Sailfish photo leaks

0

Before we get started, we’d like to point out that the photo in this post isn’t attributed to the Nexus Sailfish or the Nexus Marlin. That being said, both devices are expected to share the same basic design with slighty different proportions.

This is the second photo of a “2016 HTC Nexus” shared by @usbfl on Twitter, giving us a look at the side and back of the phone from a slightly different angle. While @usbf mentioned in a previous Tweet that the phone in question has a glass panel which covers the entire back of the phone, this new photo clearly shows that the glass portion does not extend past the middle of the device.

Paired with the other leaked photos of the Nexus Marlin and Sailfish, we now have a good idea of what Google’s 2016 Nexus devices will look like. One thing we’re still curious about is why Google and HTC have chosen to slap a glass panel on the back of a metal phone. At this point, your guess is as good as ours.
