Now we know what those leaked MotoMods do and almost nobody guessed them right

Motorola Moto Z MotoMods

Yesterday night, @evleaks revealed three of Motorola’s upcoming modular accessories that will more than likely launch with the manufacturer’s new 2016 flagships. They’re being called MotoMods and outside of the name, their function was a mystery but many had their guesses.

In a followup tweet, Mr. Blass has now revealed the specific function of each attachable back plate, and how they look to augment the device you snap them onto. Here’s what we’re looking at (from left to right): projector, JBL speakers, and Hasselblad camera.

The camera, of course was obvious, but I think the projector probably threw most people for a loop. We’ve said this before, but it looks like Motorola and the upcoming Moto Z (or whatever Verizon is going to call it) already beat the LG G5 at its own game. Your move, LG.
