Another look at the Sony Xperia J ahead of IFA announcement

4

With the Sony Xperia J expected to be announced in a little over a week at Sony’s IFA press showing, we’re getting one last leaked look at the device thanks to MobileReview. As we have seen in previous leaks, The Xperia J isn’t going to blow anyone away with its specs, but it is a nice looking phone with a serviceable 1GHz Snapdragon MSM7227a CPU, 512MB RAM, and a 5MP camera to go along with its 4-inch display and Ice Cream Sandwich. We won’t know the full details on pricing and availability untilSony’s announcement, if they even choose to reveal the information at that point. But expect this one to take over at the lower end of Sony’s lineup.

  1. Power button too close to volume rocker. WIFI Galaxy Tab 10.1 also has this problem, and i can’t count how many times i hit power instead of volume.

    1. i feel the same with the nexus 7

  2. I have to say Sony does make some beautiful devices.

  3. Just out of curiosity, if Samsung phones look so much like an IPhone, how come apple doesn’t cry about Sony? This phone has the camera on the same location and it’s square as an iPhone, but want that what apple is crying about in the first place??
