It looks like HTC’s just posted a nice treat for EVO 4G LTE developers. The kernel source for the device’s 1.13.651.1 has been uploaded to HTC’s developer site. This will allow folks to develop better ROMs against the latest upgrade. This OTA introduced a new kernel so this should help developers out tremendously.
