Huawei MediaPad receives Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

Despite being available for close to half a year, not many devices have received Ice Cream Sandwich. Another device was added to the somewhat exclusive club today, though, as Huawei brought the goods to their 7 inch MediaPad tablet. 4. It’s a good tablet that feels and looks high end. My problems are all with the software. Lots of crashes.

  5. I had a T-Mobile Springboard and used the update. I now have a Huawei Mediapad with ICS sweet. Cannot confirm if the 4G works because I had a 30 day contract and let it expire.

ICS makes the Springboard much much better. Quicker and more responsive.
