  1. still consider the Thrive to be better.
front & rear cameras, full size SD slot, full size USB, and full size HDMI port.
plus, the 16GB is on woot today for 279 (refurbished).

still the best bang for the buck

    1.  No support in the XDA Community turns me off of the Thrive. I know there are other modders, but that’s my go-to, and has been since the days of my Dell Axim x50

  2. And the difference between this and the A500 is ? Software?

    1.  It’s lighter and will likely get ICS before the 500. Might be a faster proc since the 500 has a 1GHz proc under the hood, but that’s speculation on my part.

    2. The A500 has a rear camera and it sounds like the A200 does not.  My wife has an A500 with a $30 combo case/keyboard that uses the USB port.

  3. A Tegra 2? In 2012 not-budget tab? Really? o_O Why?

  4. Tablet looks sweet but reminds me of motorola’s tablet . . .

  5. Only $20 upgrade for the memory? Wow. I have the A500, and I’ve never used the rear camera. I do, however, use the USB port all the time, and think more tablets should have them.

  6. Martin Luther King’s birthday! :)

  7. Thanks for ths reminder Chris, now go to bed..lol. I have used my camera on my A500 quite a bit because its handy while Im surfing to just grab pics pf the kids while they are making arses of themselves. And I really dont think it will be any harder to get ICS unto an A200 vs. an A500—-but I could be wrong. Seems a bit redundant other than the HD aspect.
