MEGA DEAL ALERT: RadioShack Giving Away All T-Mobile Phones For FREE Starting Today

9

RadioShack announced via their Facebook that they will be giving away all their T-Mobile phones for free starting today. Wait- before you run out to your local Shack, keep in mind this promotion is good for new activations and thanks to @DrHoochIsCrazy, we learned up to 1 extra line (no upgrades). RadioShack’s deal with T-Mobile will officially come to an end Sept. 14th so it looks like The Shack may be making room for newcomer Verizon Wireless on their store shelves.

No word on how long this sale will be available but if you’re currently with another carrier and were thinking about making the jump to T-Mobile, now might be as good a time as any.

  1. errr. ATT phones.

  2. hmmmm….what’s the ETF again after I get a “free” phone ^^

    1. $250… wait- Oooooooh….. sneaky =P

    2. Never done any of these “sneaky” things… can I get a summary of how it works? O:

  3. I was thinking the same thing. May be worth it and than cancelling. I’m pretty sure T-Mobile sucks in my area, but right now my Verizon account is on month to month. I’m not getting away from Verizon, but would like a new phone til the prime comes out.

  4. Just got two Sensations fo’ free!

  5. So the sensation is going for at least $400 on eBay. Minus the $250 etf and I stand to make $150, but than I have to pay for plan and activation, yada yada…..not worth it.

Can Verizon just release the SGS2 or Bionic, or the vigor or something awesome already.

  6. Seems like a good deal for me. Since Verizon is way to expensive for the crap service you get in my area. I’ve been ith Sprint for 6 years and as of the last few months, 3G (no 4G here, shocker right?) Data speeds have been slower than ever. Im talking 200-300 kbps. If T mobile gets a better version of the SGSII than Sprint, count me in. Guess I’ll make my decision at the end of the month when Samsung finally announces the U.S. release.

  7. Just went to my local RS and they had no clue about this. Not only that, but the store manager wouldn’t even entertain the deal as he hadn’t seen anything official yet. I shared my opinion that RS shouldn’t be putting stuff out on their facebook page unless they were willing to honor it, but he could care less. A real dbag of a manager if you ask me.
