Verizon’s LTE-Enabled Galaxy Tab Could Be Headed to Stores This Week

5

We’ve known since its announcement that Samsung would be bringing an LTE-enabled tablet. At the time, Verizon was the only carrier offering LTE here in the United States and we were pretty certain Samsung would release it with them. Since then, they’ve officially announced those plans but didn’t give much in the way of a release date.

It looks like the wait is just about ready to come to an end, though, as Verizon stores are beginning to receive promotional and display materials for the tablet. With the Galaxy Tab 10.1 with 4G LTE already having its own display section in at least one Verizon store, it’s entirely possible we could see it head our way this week. Verizon’s favorite day – Thursday – would be the landing date, if anything, so be on the lookout. We know we will be. [Droid-Life]
