By With all my accessory shopping done (screen protectors, case, extra batteries) and nothing to do now but count down the minutes until the June 24th launch of the HTC Evo 3D. Thankfully, I came across this little invite from RadioShack. It looks like they’re going to be celebrating the launch of the nation’s first 3D phone a day early with a red carpet pre-release launch party filled with celebrities, musical guests as well as various HTC execs and RadioShack’s CMO, Lee Applbaum.
The event will be taking place in beautiful Hollywood, California and I, Chris Chavez, will be on hand capturing every moment on my shiny new HTC Evo 3D. It’s going to be a great night of food, drinks and gadgets. So, don’t forget to tune in on the 23rd as we celebrate the pre-release of one of the biggest superphones of the summer. Shots, shots, shots — errrrrrbody!
Please if possible do some 3D Video Capturing so I can see how good the 3D Camera.

It’s a shame the 3D on the phone isn’t supposed to be that great. At least not nearly as good compared to the 3DS from everything I’ve read.

actually, most the reviews I’ve seen has said the 3D quality is actually pretty decent and adds quite a bit of depth.
Good, hopefully after this intro is past us, we’ll get a launch date for Sprint’s Galaxy S II ! I thought I wanted the EVO 3D as my next superphone but the Game Slave 2, oops Galaxy S II, is soooo much more powerful and prettier to stare at with that gorgeous Super Amoled+ display, um um um.

Dude, what’s with IQ remark, c’mon. You can research the specs yourself but the GS2 has a faster dual-core and its gfx chip is quad-core, so yeh, faster.
