Samsung Conquer 4G Will Be Sprint’s Next Mid-Range Android

6

Similar to the EVO Shift 4G being a mid-range offering with high-end branding, Sprint’s looking to bring out an Epic 4G with a bit less “oomph”. They’ll be calling it the Samsung Conquer 4G and will have some very decent specs. They include a 1GHz processor, an HVGA display, a 3.1 megapixel camera with a front-facing camera, a hardware QWERTY keyboard and WiMax radios. Like I said, it’s no Epic 4G, but at a supposed $100 price point, we can’t complain. [via PocketNow]

  1. Are they bringing back the ticker display, or is the blue just to cover up Samsung?

  2. And with the Epic at $149 (likely less by end of July) few people will care unless this replaces the Sams. Transform at $49.99.

  3. HVGA? As in 480×320? Ugh

  4. And what about Samsung Galaxy SII mini?

  5. Let me guess. An M930 to replace my Transform. Whatever. I’ll be getting the EVO shift by the end of August. All I need is a 3.2 inch screen, a keyboard, and some Quads that hit in the thousand and some range. circum 1,500 is good enough for me…

  6. what’s that blue thing .. will it have the Samsung TIcker?
