Deal Alert: Amazon Has the Nexus S 4G at $49.99 with New Contract

8

Amazon has dropped the price of Sprint’s Nexus S 4G, bringing the Google Experience handset down to a wallet-friendly $49.99 when purchased on a new two-year contract. For existing customers wishing to upgrade, the handset will still only set you back a reasonable $99.99. This is a great opportunity to get your hands on the Android 2.3.4 handset if you’re in the market. Buy it at Amazon.

  1. This is so tempting… I wish the EVO 3D had an NFC chip. And the Galaxy S2 won’t be on Sprint any time soon. :-(

  2. Erg, it’s almost painful to see these all Nexus S sales after having recently paid $200 for one directly from Sprint. Alas, I had no choice since I’m under a Sprint employee’s advantage club plan, so I really can’t complain. Anyway, it’s great to see that they’re discounting such a great “pure Google” device so folks can jump on board. However, I can’t help but wonder if they’re clearing out inventory to make room for the next big thing…?

  3. im torn.

idk which phone to get. nexus s is vanilla android….dont like sense ui, but love the specs…and now galaxy s 2 is come to sprint too? wow. my head is spinning.

  4. Should I return mine to Best Buy and order one from Amazon?

  5. Price for upgrade is only $99. Current EVO owners can use this technique to recover their lost yearly upgrade.

  6. what happen with the antenna issues?

  7. w/ regards to OS, pure Google Nexus S is hands down the way to go.  just look @ how long each super phone takes to receive the latest android update via its carrier.  STUPID custom UI – more of a detriment if you asked me.

want the latest & greatest specs? pass on the Nexus S.  but u may be regretting the decision down the line.

  8. This website printapons and retail me not very beneficial to increasing the speed of online shopping as well as the ease of finding the best price and coupons, which is the whole reason for shopping online.
