UK Gets Xperia PLAY On Three

We just told you about Hockey Nations 2011 on the Xperia Play but their are dozens of other reasons one would crave the device… most of those reasons being the titles of great games for this gaming-oriented Android Handset. If you’re in the UK and either a customer of Three or willing to make the jump, you’ll be happy to learn that they’ll be carrying the Xperia Play.

Pay As You Go customers will be set back £499 with two monthly options:

  • £15 – 300 minutes, unlimited data for 30 days, 3,000 texts
  • £25 – 500 minutes,unlimited data for 30 days, 3,000 texts

Or if you’re willing to sign the dotted line, you’ll only pay £99 for the device if you agree to a £35/month plan and £49 for the device if you agree to a a  £40/month plan. While Pocket-Lint calls it pricey… I’d say it’s fair game.

  1. No, it’s not ‘fair game’ rob, it’s actually quite overpriced.

You can get it ‘free’ on a 30 a month contract elsewhere.
