DROID Incredible Two Cases Surface

9

Well, well, well. It was only  a matter of time before something like this popped up. Evidence has been mounting over the past couple of months suggesting Verizon would be introducing a sequel to the HTC DROID Incredible. We’ve always believed it, of course, but there have been more than just a few skeptics out there. Now we have a shot of a supposed case that’ll go on sale alongside the device. There’s not much you can say about a case, but its emergence does mean we’re just another step closer to its launch date. (Though it’s still unclear when exactly that is.) [Droid-Life]

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  1. Looking good… If your on verizon and currently have an htc incredible then the new Incredible 2 is a great pickup. It might not be LTE compatible but it is a world phone that’s a nice touch.

    1. whats the point of “world phone” when some people doesnt even leaving the US……

      1. Hmm…i don’t know…Maybe for the people who do leave the united states…retarded question

      2. The point is similar to having a 4GLTE phone when some people don’t even have 4GLTE. A lot of people bought Thunderbolt in spite of not having 4G/LTE coverage. The point is “it’s all about choices” maybe some of us do leave US. I am sure people would have other reasons to buy Incredible 2 not because it’s a global phone which is a plus to have.

  2. I love my incredible and I thought I would be upgrading to a DInc2. But no LTE….that is a deal breaker. Dissapointing because the original is… well Incredible. If I’m getting the latest and greatest, I want to get the latest and greatest.

    1. I concur. Although I am often tempted to buy the latest and greatest, when I review the specifications, I always come back to realize that the Dinc is already everything I need and much more. And I was fortunate to get an early model with the AMOLED screen. Sweet.

      1. there is no planned release for LTE in my era, so buying the TB here is kinda pointless. My Inc has been great and is still not obsolete, but the RAM boost in the Inc2 will take it right back to the top of the heap. Again no LTE available so for me its a wash. Plus the Wireless charging feature makes me want it more than anything.

    2. The lack of LTE is the one best reasons to get this phone. While LTE is awesome in the speed department it sucks in the battery department. I haven’t heard of any 4G phones that have good battery life. There are reports that the Incredible 2 will best the original when it comes to this and other a few other categories. I for one am looking forward to the upgrades and whats comes next after my new contract expires. I can only imagine what is coming 2 years from now. Fun stuff.

  3. Am I the only one who thought this article was going to be about two cases for the Droid Incredible?
