Yes, that’s truly an insane and disgusting price in the UK. That’s a 34% hike over the cost of a US unlocked one. Why is the UK such an appallingly bad place to buy gadgets?
Personally, i’ve not bought a single gadget in the UK in the past decade, thanks to frequent trips to Hong Kong and the US on business, and so saving a lot of money from rip-off Britain prices.
Anyway, since it’s unlocked, grab it from a reseller from the UK, HK or elsewhere, and save a lot of money, even after the grey-import mark-up.
