Droid-Life‘s been tipped with some information regarding that ever-so-popular November 11th date we’ve heard of before: the Droid 2 Global, Droid Pro, and the Motorola Citrus will all launch on that day, just two weeks ahead of Black Friday festivities. We’ve also heard of the HTC Merge possibly getting a November 11th launch date previously. It’s hard to imagine this many high profile launches going down the same day (even the now-official Palm Pre 2 is being set for November 11th), but we’re excited if that turns out to be the case.
Motorola is really really in bed with Verizon.
Attack of the Androids.
I still don’t understand why the Merge is considered a high-profile launch when it’s specs are weaker than the Incredible, which was released back in April.
Pimpstrong, Motorola is sleeping its way to the top. Being a pimp, you should appreciate Motorola’s willingness to get down and dirty for the money.
Getting me a phone on the 11th.
Haa yeah i can get wit that.
why can’t sprint get some good Motorola phones?
“why can’t sprint get some good Motorola phones?”
Eh I’ll take a good HTC phone over Moto any day. It would be good to have more choices though. Moto seems to be in bed w/ VZW at the moment…
Nov 11th is my birthday…I’m so happy :)
woot new phone for my b day i think so !
That Droid Pro is ugly as all get out! It’s like a Blackberry clone with the keypad permenantly stuck open. Fail!
im so glad a store is right beside me. ill play with them the whole day lol
i think the droid pro looks really nice! i will trade it for my droid!
Beautiful.
@ToastnJam- The Droid Pro is intended to be a Blackberry Clone. That is Motorola’s strategy to attempt at pulling new customers for Android and away from Blackberry. The Droid Pro is intended to make for an easy transition with it’s form factor.
Any word on the EVO coming to Verizon? The HTC Incredible HD is what I have seen it called…..where is it?????
I’m with Toastnjam, aesthetically, the Droid Pro is Fail. Fugly Fone!
