Xperia X10 Mini Pro and LG Optimus Now at Vodafone UK

Three new handsets went on sale through Vodafone UK today, two of which are running on Android. The LG Optimus and Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro joined the Blackberry Pearl 3G to add a few more options to Vodafone’s smartphone lineup. On a two-year contract priced at £20 per month both Android devices are free. At that pricing you will get a modest 100 minutes of talk time, 500 texts, and 500MB of data.

Both phones are specced on the lower-end and run Android 1.6, but if you are looking for a nice compact handset with some entry-level smartphone features either could be a suitable choice.
