Nope, it’s pretty crappy and duplicates the behaviour of shopsavvy and google shopper.
More importantly, does it work in the UK, or is it US only?

It has special functionality especially for the UK. Choose UK under Settings. Also it uses the ShopSavvy barcode scanner to fund products in the PriceGrabber catalog.
